USGIF is pleased to present the return of this popular three-part workshop on understanding the challenges and barriers that women leaders face, this year in St. Louis.

Picture a world in which leadership in the workplace reflects the full array of human talent. A complex mix of factors sometimes complicates the path to top leadership for women. These workshops will offer participants tools and strategies to help realize the vision of a truly inclusive workplace.

Participants will better understand the phenomenon of the double bind, the confidence gap, imposter syndrome, and challenges related to negotiation and communication. They will also learn about descriptive and prescriptive bias, strategies to overcome these common challenges, and ways all leaders can support moving the needle on this critical issue.
